When does my order go out for shipping?
Paid orders placed Monday through Friday (not including holidays) before 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be deemed placed the following business day.
Paid orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipping within the next 2-3 business days.
What it I want my order shipped faster?

Do I get a confirmation when my order has shipped?
Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Which carrier do you use for shipping, and do you ship to other countries?
Currently, we use USPS to ship all of our domestic and Canadian orders.
We are only able to ship to Canada at this moment. But, we expect to add more countries soon using FedEx international.
Do I pay for shipping?
We provide free U.S. domestic regular shipping for orders $75 and over.
We provide free Canadian international regular shipping for orders $100 (US$) and over. .
We provide free priority shipping for orders $150 and over to both U.S. and Canada.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We would rather delivery to a physical address not to a P.O.Boxes
Where is my order? It's not here and the tracking details shows arrived!
The USPS might temporarily provide incorrect arrival information. Please give them 2-3 days to see what happens, before taking other necessary steps.
What about overnight shipping?
Additional cost for overnight shipping will be determined based on the final destination and, sometimes, the weight of the order. For more information, please contact us at info@omolaradesigns.com
Do I have to pay customs, duties and other extra fees for international shipping?
Most of the time, orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by the destination country. All set fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery in that country.
We do not have any relevant customs or duties information for any country and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the right local authorities of your country for these extra charges before placing your order.
Please note that no refund will be issued to you if you failed to pay the imposed import duties/taxes of your country and rejected the delivery of the order.
What happened if my order is lost or stolen, do I get a refund?
We are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
This is one of the reason we shipped only to a physical address. Our suggestions will be to buy additional shipping insurance if necessary, track your delivery day/time and make sure that an adult will be available to accept delivery. You can also request signature delivery only.
If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package, we cannot refund or replace lost or stolen items.
